Job description

* Set-up new IVRS projects and be responsible for major project trends
* Be the main contact person for the client project leader
* Provide assistance to system users during the whole project life
* Monitor study follow-up
* Project managers will manage a team and guarantee the quality of services provided to client.

Profile

* Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Very good knowledge of French and English
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to make the analysis and synthesis of a problem or a need
* High attention for detail
* Ability to understand the logic of computer science
* Project managers must have experience in project management. Experience in project management using IVR technology is strongly preferred.
